In order for you to both reach your goals, I believe some collaboration with other Christian organizations and some fundraising for Christian non-profits will have to be done. I have compiled some very practical information below related to this matter with some additional resources for further study such as recommended websites and books.
Partnering and potential partners
Also, I suggest partnering with established ministries as that makes fundraising easier. Grants often are often obtained due to collaboration. For example, Christian organizations serving in child/teen evangelism as young people like music, television/video and the internet.
Some of the more important ministries working in child/teen evangelism are: Teen Mania, Young Life, Youth With A Mission (YWAM), Teen Challenge, World Vision, Awana Clubs International, Child Evangelism Fellowship and the Lausanne Forum for World Evangelization. My cousin works for Young Life as a local director. My friend knows the lady in charge of outreach for Teen Mania.
VisionSynergy
VisionSynergy helps Christian organizations work together for maximum impact by developing and strengthening strategic ministry networks and partnerships in critical areas of world mission.
The internet is a huge opportunity for evangelism and I believe it can be turbocharged via video/music and integrated with satellite television. Please read these two important resources: Internet evangelism is powerful and VisionSynergy and the internet
VisionSynergy is currently supported by a group of financial investors who understand the power of collaboration. Their group of investors consists of hundreds of individuals, churches, and Christian foundations who want their resources to have the greatest possible impact on critical areas of world mission. The majority of their funding comes through grants from major Christian foundations and through high-capacity individuals.
VisionSynergy plays a very unique role in the global Christianity community as they are one of the few mission service organizations specifically dedicated to empowering ministry collaboration among a large network of Christian organizations.
